Hello, this is President Yasui. I run a company specializing in high-pressure gas equipment inspections as a solo entrepreneur.
Today marks the end of February, which means the end of our fiscal year.
Founded in April 2015, our company has successfully completed its 10th fiscal year today.
This milestone is entirely thanks to our valued clients who have supported us along the way. I sincerely express my deepest gratitude.
Looking back over the past ten years, so much has happened. We have met wonderful people and, sadly, bid farewell to some respected mentors.
Reflecting on the journey, I could never have imagined working with so many clients when we first started.
We've had the privilege of collaborating with major gas dealers and leading companies in the inspection industry. Additionally, through valuable connections, we became an authorized distributor for Kagla Vapotech.
Though I may not have fully repaid the kindness I’ve received, I believe that goodwill should be passed forward.
Through my work, I have strived to give back to my customers and their customers, making even a small contribution to society.
However, to be of service, opportunities must be granted. Looking back, I realize how fortunate we have been to receive so many opportunities over the past decade.
A company is a legal entity, but at its core, it is made up of individuals—each with their own thoughts and responsibilities.
I have always asked myself:
"How can we make our clients think, 'I'm glad I chose NEXT'?"
Thoughtfulness, respect for others, maintaining integrity, and gratitude for the work entrusted to us—these are simple in words but challenging in practice. Still, we have worked tirelessly to embody these values, even if only momentarily.
I have been deeply moved when clients introduced us to their colleagues in sales or engineering. Moments like these remind me of the true joy of work.
What brings happiness to people? I believe it is the ability to be of service to someone.
Setting aside personal concerns, focusing on the client's request, and tackling challenges head-on—when we complete our work and hear a simple "Thank you, you really helped us," that gratitude fuels us for the future.
It is in these moments that we, as service providers, feel a profound sense of fulfillment and happiness.
That is why I want to share the same kindness and appreciation.
Small acts of kindness and consideration create happiness. Through our work, we are not just solving problems—we are supporting each other and working together to make a difference.
Looking ahead to the next ten years, our goal is to build a team that people genuinely want to work with. To me, team building means expanding our circle of happiness, including our customers and the products they create.
Through gas equipment inspections and non-destructive testing services, we aim to realize this vision.
Moreover, we will continue to embrace change and challenge ourselves, refusing to become complacent.
"Maintaining the status quo is stagnation."
With this in mind, we embark on the next ten years with renewed determination.
We sincerely appreciate your continued support of NEXT Corporation.
See you again soon!
