何かをやろうとしても権力がある人に動いてもらわなければ成立しないものです。
社内政治というそうです。
社会というもので揉まれるうちにそういうことが少しわかってきました。
政治力を身につけるというのは、社会をよりスムーズに生きていく上ですごく重要なスキルなのです。
誰が決裁権を持っているか？というのは営業マンの目の付け所だと思います。
担当の人がいくらいいと言っても上がOKしなければ通るものも通りません。
担当の方が社内政治にどう関わっているかはわかりませんので、自分たちである程度見抜いていく必要があります。
政治がうまくいって、さぁプロジェクトが動き出した時、次は人の力が必要になります。
優れた人材に上手にプロジェクトを進めてもらうために何をするべきでしょうか。
リーダーと呼ばれる人たちはこういうところで力を発揮するのです。
人を操るというわけではないと思いますが、人に気持ちよく働いてもらうにはどうしたらいいのか？ということをとても考えているのでしょう。
人が力を発揮するために何が必要、ヒトというものはどういうものか？ということから突き詰めているのかもしれません。
物事を本質から理解しようとすれば、個々人の違いはあるけれど、ある程度の再現性が出てくるのだと思います。
AIの介入できる範囲が増えてきたとはいえ、仕事は人がまだまだ作っている部分が多いので、人のやる気というものに大きく左右されてしまうものです。
人のエンジンを回して一緒に走ってもらうにはどうしたらいいのでしょうか。
優れた人でないからいうことを聞かないということが１００％ではなく、人のことを理解しようとしないからなのかもしれません。
人間社会なので、人と人の間の社会ということになります。
人と人の付き合い方というのは、本当に奥が深いものですね。

When trying to accomplish something, it often doesn't come to fruition without the cooperation of those in power. This is what is known as internal politics.
Through my experiences in society, I've come to understand this a bit. Developing political acumen is a crucial skill for navigating life more smoothly.
Understanding who holds the decision-making power is key for salespeople. No matter how much the contact person supports an idea, if higher-ups don't approve, it won't proceed.
Since we don't know how the contact person is involved in internal politics, we need to discern this to some extent ourselves.
Once the politics are handled and the project starts moving, the next necessity is human effort. What should we do to have skilled personnel successfully advance the project?
Leaders shine in these situations. While it's not about manipulating people, leaders likely think deeply about how to get people to work comfortably. They may delve into understanding what drives people and what is necessary for them to perform well.
When trying to understand things fundamentally, despite individual differences, certain patterns and consistencies emerge.
Even with the increasing role of AI, much of the work is still created by humans, making motivation a significant factor. How can we get people to run alongside us with their engines fired up? It may not be solely because people are not excellent, but because we do not try to understand them.
Human society is essentially about relationships between people. The way we interact with others is profoundly complex and endless.
