最近、すごく感じることがあります。
指示待ち人間がどれだけ多いのでしょうか。
そして、指示を出せる人間が少ないこともあげておきたいと思います。
的確な指示を出せる人間というのは非常に少ない。
戦国時代でいうならば、名将と呼ばれるクラスの人たちになるでしょうか。
指示待ち人間は兵隊としましょう。
そう考えるとこの図式も成り立つと思います。
１対１０００人。
采配を振るうのは1人。
動かすのは１０００人。
言われたことをやるのは誰でもできる。
そう思っていましたが、それすらも怪しい人がいることを最近目の当たりにしています。
言われたことをやろうとするのだけど、解釈を間違えて違うことをしてしまった。
言われたことをやったつもりが、解釈を間違えてしまっていて、望んだ結果を得られなかったため、上司に注意された。
言われたことをやろうとするのにできない。
ということはそこには何かが足りないものがあります。
知識であったり、経験であったり、１００％の理解でなければ人に聞くというスキルも必要になると思います。
どうしたら知識は身につくのでしょうか？
それは自分から聞くことです。
教えてくださいとは言わないまでも、自分で考えて仕事をすることは誰にも機会が平等に与えられていると思います。
終わったら早く帰るのはい全然間違いではないですが、現場から戻ってきたら工場に入って整理するとか、自分でやらなければならないことを考えてやっていく必要があると思います。
言われたことしかやらない。
それはそれでいいのでしょうが、そこにはやりがいも仕事への情熱もずっと低いままでしょう。
言われたことしかやらないのであればそこにあなたがいる意味はあまりないのかもしれません。
自分が必要とされたいのであれば、自らが努力する必要はあると思います。

Recently, I have been feeling something very strongly. How many people are just waiting for instructions? And I also want to point out the scarcity of people who can give instructions.
There are very few people who can give accurate instructions. If we think in terms of the Warring States period, these would be the class of people known as great commanders. Let's consider those waiting for instructions as soldiers.
If we think about it this way, the ratio might be 1 to 1000. One person to command, a thousand to move.
Anyone can do what they're told, or so I thought. But recently, I've seen that there are people who can't even manage that. They try to do what they're told, but misinterpret the instructions and end up doing something else. They thought they did what was asked, but due to a misinterpretation, they didn't achieve the desired results and got scolded by their superiors.
If someone can't do what they're told, there's something missing. It could be knowledge, experience, or the skill to ask questions when they don't fully understand.
How can one acquire knowledge? By asking questions. Even if you don't outright ask for help, thinking for yourself and taking initiative at work are opportunities available to everyone equally.
It's not wrong to go home quickly when you're done. But if you return from the field, you should think about entering the factory to organize things or consider what needs to be done on your own.
Doing only what you're told might be okay, but it means the sense of purpose and passion for the job will remain low. If you only do what you're told, there might be little reason for you to be there. If you want to be needed, you have to make an effort yourself.
