仕事では思うようにいかないことがちょこちょことありますね。
自分1人で仕事をしているわけではないので、当然といえば当然ですね。
他人を思い通りにしようと思わないで、誰かのために思ってやると取り組みやすいと思います。
誰かをコントロールしようとすることは不可能なので、自分を動かしていく方がいいですよね。
苦労して取り組む必要があるからこそ、人生が彩られていく気がします。
イージーモードでは面白くありませんが、難しすぎてもそれはそれでストレスを受け続ける必要があるので、大変です。
少しずつチャレンジしていって、自分が少し不安だなぁ、と思う程度のことをしていると、大きなチャンスが舞い込んできます。
それは大変怖いものですが、そういうものにチャレンジできるかどうかが飛躍のポイントになってきます。
自己の成長を考えれば、チャレンジするべきですし、そういうことを積み重ねていけばやがて自分が1人で歩いていこうとした時に非常に役に立ちます。
自分の人生に責任を持つことが自らの人生をハンドリングしていく大事なエンジンになります。
思うようにいかない日々が続いていたとして、それは自分の成長する余地があるということです。
そこを乗り越えていくべきだと思いますね。
