Today, I want to talk about something I've noticed on social media.
There are people who constantly twist facts and blame others for everything that happens. They never take a straightforward view of reality and instead, continuously complain about someone or something from the past. Although their faces are hidden online, they keep chanting, "It's their fault, it's their fault," like a mantra, day after day.
Even though I don't want to see it, the posts keep appearing, and I end up reading them. It's the beginning of a nitpicking cycle. Every day, it's the same thing.
If they spent that time saying something useful, it would be better... So, I tried to advise them a little, but it didn't make much difference.
It's a fact that they can't manage people effectively. It's like a manager whose subordinates don't listen or follow instructions at all.
They're not seeing reality but instead, twisting it to fit their own perspective. They're interpreting things in a way that suits them and viewing the world through that lens.
This way, they can't see the truth. As a leader, you should guide and instruct your team on what needs to be done.
That's the role of a leader, in my opinion.
A superior who constantly checks every detail with their subordinates is not effective. Instead of always checking others' reactions, they should decide on their policies and simply verify them.
To do this, they need to act based on strategy and planning, not on guesswork. It's essential to look at reality squarely, confirm the facts, and avoid interpreting things in a self-serving way.
Recognizing biases and making an effort to view things objectively is a crucial skill at all times.
See you again tomorrow!
