白無地の綿ティーの気持ちよさ半端ないよね The Unmatched Comfort of a Plain White Cotton Tee

ここ１年くらいですが、夏の寝巻きは下が半パン、上がTシャツがお気に入りです。

Tシャツにこだわりがあって、白の無地の綿１００％のTシャツがいいんです。

色は関係ないやん、と思う人もいるかもしれませんが、白がいいんですよね。

色が与える清涼感って絶対にあって、黒だとなんか暑く感じる。

個人的感覚でしょうけど（笑）

綿１００％のTシャツって、適度な伸びがあって洗い立てのものはサラサラしていて着る瞬間が最高に気持ちがよくて大好きなんですよね。

日中着るならエアリズムコットンやグローバルワークのリッチクリーンTeeとかも好きです。

リッチクリーンTeeはさらさらが半端ないのと、着心地も抜群にいい。

デザインも裾や袖の折り返した部分の幅が普通のTシャツの２倍ほど太くておしゃれなんですよね。

日常のちょっとしたことに、喜びを感じたり、幸せだなぁと幸福感を得られるってなんだか幸せですよね。

好きなものに囲まれて生活したいという人の気持ちがわかる気がします。

自分の裁量で無理なくできるものは、我慢しない方がいいような気がします。

欲しい物、必要なものはすぐに買って使った方が、あとで迷って結局買うよりも１日あたりの単価は安くなっていきますから。

心からほしくて、自身のパフォーマンスがあがるようなものなら、浪費ではなく投資になると言えます。

綿１００％Tシャツで満足できるような男ですが、幸せを感じる瞬間なんてものは案外そこらへんにあるものなんでしょうね。

For about the past year, my go-to summer sleepwear has been shorts on the bottom and a T-shirt on top. I’m particular about my T-shirts—they have to be plain white and made of 100% cotton.

Some people might say the color doesn’t matter, but for me, white is essential.

There’s definitely a cooling sensation associated with color. Black just feels hotter, at least to me (laughs).

A 100% cotton T-shirt has just the right amount of stretch, and a freshly washed one feels smooth and cool—it’s a moment I absolutely love.

During the day, I also like Airism Cotton or Global Work’s Rich Clean Tee. The Rich Clean Tee is incredibly smooth and super comfortable to wear. Design-wise, it’s stylish with sleeve and hem cuffs that are about twice as thick as a regular tee.

There’s something truly joyful and satisfying about finding happiness in small, everyday things.

I totally understand the desire to live surrounded by your favorite things.

When something is within your means and doesn’t push your limits, I feel like it’s best not to deny yourself. Things you want or need—buying and using them right away often ends up being more cost-effective than hesitating and buying later.

If it’s something you truly want and it helps you perform better, then it’s not an expense—it’s an investment.

I may be the kind of guy who finds contentment in a simple 100% cotton tee, but maybe happiness really is found in the little things all around us.
