本日は東京の日本工業倶楽部にて行われた一般社団法人日本エルピーガスプラント協会の総会にいってきました。
前年度から正会員にならせていただいて、２回目の参加となりました。
今回も有意義な時間を過ごせました。ありがとうございました！
午前中に移動して、八丁堀から新富町を通って築地場外市場までお散歩してきました。
地下鉄築地駅出てすぐにある築地本願寺より
途中、不動産屋さんの張り紙などを見ながら進んでいきます。
ええお家賃です。ほしい！ｗ
現地で触れるといいますか、実際に現地を歩いてみてやっぱりいい街だなぁと思いました。
東京なので便利そうなのはもちろんですが、適度に空が開けていてとにかく景観がいいのです。
このあたりの東京は景観を保ちながら計画的に整えられた都市だなぁ、と田舎ものですが感じてしまいました。
カットメロンが売られていたり。。。
豆屋さんに列が出来ていたり。。。
築地にくると、海鮮食べたいという思考回路になってしまって、ハレの日食堂という築地の中では割とリーズナブルそうなお店でお昼ゴハンを食べました。
インバウンドの方にはウニが人気なのか。。。そこかしこでウニを売り出していました。
お値段もインバウンド価格。。。ｗ
日本人が出そうと思うかどうかは謎です。
お腹も満たされたところでもう少し足を伸ばして勝どき方面へ。
勝鬨橋からは東京タワーが見えました
元築地市場は解体の工事が続いているようです。
築地側はフェンスがされていてはっきり見えなかったのですが、橋側から見るとよく見えました。
ここに新しい施設が立つ計画が決まったようで、このあたりは元々需要があるので、今後もどんどん価値が高まっていくことでしょう。
実際に歩いてみると、気持ちよさであったり、住みたくなる街であることがとてもよくわかります。
不動産の需要自体はどこにでもあるものですが、東京、特に港区のあたりは別格だと思いました。
東京しか勝たん、と思うくらいに。

Today, I attended the annual general meeting of the Japan LP Gas Plant Association at the Japan Industrial Club in Tokyo.
Since last year, we have become a regular member, and this was my second time attending. I had another meaningful time. Thank you very much!
In the morning, I traveled to Tokyo and took a walk from Hatchobori through Shintomicho to the Tsukiji Outer Market.
Here is Tsukiji Honganji Temple, which is right outside Tsukiji Station.
Along the way, I looked at postings from real estate agents.
It's quite a nice rent. I want it! LOL
Walking around the area, I felt that it's a really nice city. Of course, being Tokyo, it's convenient, but the sky is open and the scenery is wonderful. Even though I'm a country person, I felt that this part of Tokyo is a well-planned city that maintains its beautiful landscape.
They were selling cut melons...
And there was a line at the bean shop...
When I come to Tsukiji, I always think about eating seafood. So, I had lunch at Hare no Hi Shokudo, which seemed reasonably priced for Tsukiji.
Sea urchin seems to be popular among inbound tourists... it was being sold everywhere. The prices were also set for inbound tourists... LOL I wonder if Japanese people would be willing to pay that much.
After satisfying my hunger, I walked a bit further towards Kachidoki.
From Kachidoki Bridge, I could see Tokyo Tower.
The demolition of the old Tsukiji Market seems to be ongoing. Although it was hard to see from the Tsukiji side due to fencing, it was clearly visible from the bridge side.
There are plans to build new facilities here, and since there has always been demand in this area, its value will likely continue to rise.
Walking around, I could clearly understand why it's such a pleasant place and a city where people would want to live. The demand for real estate exists everywhere, but Tokyo, especially around Minato Ward, is exceptional. I even thought, "Only Tokyo can win."
