今日に日を、新しい旅路に出たという記念日とする。

挑戦して、歩み始めた日。

人に見てもらった日。

できるもんならやってみろ。

という人がいる。

あんなもの簡単だ。

という人もいる。

そのどちらも間違いなのだ。

できるもんならやってみたら、できる。

あんな物簡単だと口で言うのは簡単だけど、見ると遣るとでは全然違う。

誰かにやれることは、やればできる。

特別なことはそれほど多くはない。

本気で遣れるかどうか。

情熱を持って最後まで遣り切れるかどうか。

そこが運命の分かれ道なのである。

燃やそうと思えば、アンモニアだって燃やせる。

それができたのは、僕1人の力ではなく、たくさんの人が力を貸してくださったおかげなのだ。

自分1人ではとてもできなかったことが、手を差し伸べてくださった人たちのおかげで今日やることができた。

本当にありがたい。。。

課題はたくさん見つかりはしたが、一つ一つ確実に、一歩ずつ進めてものにしていきたいと思う。

I declare today a memorial day, marking the start of a new journey.

Today is the day I took the first step towards a challenge and showed it to others.

There are people who say, "If you can do it, then try." 

And there are those who say, "That's easy."

Both are wrong.

If you try, you can do it. Saying something is easy is simple, but seeing and doing are entirely different things.

What someone else can do, you can do too.

There aren’t many things that are truly special.

The difference lies in whether you can do it with all your heart and whether you can carry it through to the end with passion.

That is the crossroads of fate.

If you want to burn something, even ammonia can burn.

What made it possible was not just my own effort but the help of many people.

What I couldn’t do alone, I was able to do today thanks to the people who lent me their hands.

I am truly grateful.

We found many challenges, but we will tackle them one by one, step by step, and make progress.

今、新しいことにチャレンジしているのですが、様々な制約があって何をどうしたらいいのかわからず時間を過ごしていました。

一番は環境、でしょうか。

買ったりすることはできても、実際にそれらを使ってみる場所がない。

これが一番苦労していました。

そのあたりの空き地を借りて気軽にできるものではなく、関係者の方に場所を提供していただくことができました。

本当にありがとうございます。

自分の責任は重く、物にならないと利害関係者の方々に、謝るくらいじゃ済まなさそうです。

何かをやってみると、それを成し遂げた人、形にした人のすごさがわかります。

同じように苦労しているかどうかはわからないけれど、勉強したり実験して検証したりとさまざまなことをされたのだと思います。

成功するまでやるから、失敗はないと簡単に言うけれど、失敗どころか失敗にすらならないことばかりだと思う。

諦めたり、途中でやめてしまうことを失敗とは言わないから。

失敗の方がまだいいですよね。

諦めとかやめるということを恥ずかしいと感じる人は多いと思うので、それを正直に人に話さないと思うから。

失敗は実際にやったのだからやめるステージの人たちとは雲泥の差がある。

そして、失敗して終わりという人もいれば最後まで取り組んで形にしてしまう人もいる。

その人たちが先駆者となって、今の世の中を作ってるんだと思います。

自分はそこになりたいということではないけれど、たまたまやてみたいことに出会ってそれをやる機会がもらえるのであればチャレンジしてみたいと思っただけです。

しかし、今までもそういうことを思うだけで終わってきた人生。

今回もそうそう簡単にいくはずもないです。

自分に鞭を打って、どうしたら動くのかを考えてそのように自分を追い込んでいく。

そういうことをうまく活用した方がいいと感じています。

ひとまず、明後日が初めての実験の日。

どうなることやら。。。

Currently, I am challenging myself with something new, but I've been spending time unsure of what to do due to various constraints. The biggest issue is the environment.

Even though I could purchase the necessary things, I had no place to actually use them. This was my biggest struggle.

Thankfully, a concerned party offered a place to conduct my activities. I am truly grateful.

I bear significant responsibility, and if things don't work out, apologizing to the stakeholders might not suffice.

When you try something, you realize the greatness of those who have achieved it and made it a reality. While I don't know if they faced similar struggles, they likely studied, experimented, and verified various things.

It's easy to say "there is no failure as long as you keep trying," but the reality is that you often don't even reach the point of failure. Giving up or quitting halfway through isn't considered failure.

Failure is still better, right? Many people feel ashamed of giving up or quitting, so they don't openly discuss it. Failure means you tried, which is vastly different from those who just stop.

Some people end with failure, while others see it through to completion.

These people become pioneers and shape the world we live in today.

I don't necessarily want to become one of those pioneers, but if I encounter something I want to try and get the opportunity, I just want to take on the challenge.

However, my life has often ended with just the thought of wanting to try. This time won't be easy either.

I need to push myself, figure out what motivates me, and use that to drive myself forward. I feel that using this approach effectively would be beneficial.

The day after tomorrow is my first experiment. I wonder how it will go...

今日は打ち合わせがありまして、終わったあとお客様とサイゼリヤに行ってランチをしました。

ランチタイムなので、ランチメニューがあり選べるメニューもパスタ３種、ドリア、ハンバーグ２種と気分に合わせて選ぶことができます。

それにドリンクバーをつけました。

話が弾んで２時間ほど滞在してしまいましたが、お値段なんと2人で１２００円。。。

安すぎませんか？？？

ジョイフルなどもランチはお得だと思いますが、イタリア料理でドリンクバーもつけてこの値段は相当やばいですよ。

会計はセルフレジで、店員さんもホールに出てくるのは2人ほど。

１２時につきましたが、街中で主要道路沿いにあるのに並ぶほどではありませんでした。

どんな努力をしたらこれほどまで安価に、それでいて決して低質なものではないイタリア料理を提供できるのでしょうか。

イタリア料理チェーンでサイゼリヤは間違いなくトップランナーです。

安すぎる日本がいまだに生きているこのサイゼリヤの企業努力は素晴らしいと感じましたし、逆にいうと、もう１００円くらい高くてもいいような気もします。

そう思うほどに、無くなってしまったら困るものだからです。

地元にもありましたが、改築によりなくなってしまいました。

たまに食べたくなるイカスミパスタはサイゼリヤがとにかく安くて美味しい。

安価で質のよいサービスを提供することで世の中に貢献できることは十分にあるということを証明してくれています。

値上げ一辺倒の世の中ですが、それでもその姿勢を見習いたいものです。

Today, after a meeting, I went to Saizeriya for lunch with a customer. Since it was lunchtime, we had a variety of lunch menu options to choose from, including three types of pasta, doria, and two types of hamburg steaks. We also opted for the drink bar.

We ended up staying for about two hours, engrossed in conversation, and the total bill for both of us was just 1,200 yen.

Isn't that incredibly cheap???  

While Joyfull also offers great lunch deals, getting Italian cuisine with a drink bar at this price is exceptional.

The checkout was done via self-service, and there were only about two staff members on the floor. We arrived at noon, and even though it's located on a main road in the city, there was no long line.

What kind of efforts are made to provide such affordable yet decent Italian cuisine?

Among Italian restaurant chains, Saizeriya is undoubtedly a top runner. The company’s efforts to maintain such low prices are commendable. Honestly, I wouldn’t mind if they raised the prices by about 100 yen.

Saizeriya is something that would be sorely missed if it were gone.

We used to have a Saizeriya locally, but it closed due to renovations. I occasionally crave their squid ink pasta, which is not only cheap but also delicious.

By offering affordable, high-quality services, Saizeriya proves that it's possible to make a positive contribution to society.

In this era of constant price hikes, their approach is something we should all aspire to emulate.

企業は人がいないと成り立ちません。

人がいるからはじめて会社として存在しています。

会社は、法人という呼び方もありますよね。

権利や義務を持つことを認められた存在が会社です。

会社を作る時、会社を設立する目的を定めなければなりません。

その会社が世に生まれることで世の中がどのようになるのか。

社会に貢献できることはなんなのか。

それらが認められてはじめて会社としての権利を与えられるのです。

会社の中には人がいます。

会社に関わる人は中だけでなく、外にもいますよね。

ひとつの会社には大変多くの人が関わっているのだと１年を通して考えてみるととてもそう感じることができます。

社内では人とのコミュニケーションをとって、未来へと会社としての存在価値を紡いで伝えていかなければなりません。

日本は中小企業がとても多いのですが、その中小企業が倒産したり廃業してしまうことで、素晴らしいものがその会社の中で培われたにもかかわらず、その技術やノウハウそのものが消えてしまう事態となっています。

人口ボーナスの時代に生きた人たちからの世代交代が進んで、幾分ましにはなってきていると思いますが、人が残る残らないという企業や管理者が抱える問題はおそらく人への理解とその人たちの自己成長によって課題を解決していくしかないのかもしれません。

結局、人で作られている以上、人という存在を認めてともに歩んでいけるような人格でなければ、人が離れていってしまうのだと思います。

部下が悪いのではなく、辞職する社員だけが悪いわけではなく、会社や管理者に解決すべき課題はないか？ということは、絶対に考える必要があるし、トップ層がそれらのことをしっかりと見ていく必要があると思います。

人で作られている以上、無視はできない。

人はセンサーの塊です。

小手先の技では簡単に見抜かれてしまいます。

本質に気付き、相手のことをしっかりと見てあげる。

それが人付き合いの基本となると思います。

自分さえよければいい、というのは都合が良すぎると思います。

人を大切にできない会社は今後存続は難しいでしょう。

これからも存続したいということであれば、今からでも遅くない。

しっかりと人事について学んでいく必要がありそうです。

A company cannot exist without people. It is only because of people that a company can function. This is why a company is also called a corporation.

A company is an entity recognized to have rights and obligations. When establishing a company, you must define its purpose. 

How will the company contribute to society by coming into existence? What contributions can it make to the community?

Only when these aspects are acknowledged is a company granted its rights.

Within a company, there are people. And these people are not only internal but also external to the company.

Over the course of a year, you can truly feel how many people are involved in a single company.

Internally, we must communicate with each other and continue to weave and convey the value of the company's existence into the future. In Japan, there are many small and medium-sized enterprises. When these SMEs go bankrupt or close down, the excellent skills and know-how cultivated within them vanish.

As the generational shift progresses from those who lived through the population bonus era, things are improving somewhat. However, the issue of whether people stay or leave a company, which both companies and managers face, can likely only be addressed through understanding people and fostering their personal growth.

Ultimately, since companies are made of people, if we do not recognize and walk alongside each individual, people will leave. It’s not just the fault of the employees who resign or the subordinates. Companies and managers must consider if there are any issues they need to address. The top management must observe these matters closely.

Since companies are made of people, ignoring them is not an option.

Humans are highly perceptive. Simple tricks are easily seen through. Realizing the essence and truly observing the other person is fundamental to human relationships.

Thinking only of oneself is too convenient. Companies that cannot value people will find it difficult to survive in the future.

If you want to continue existing, it’s not too late. It is essential to start learning about human resources management now.

お金を大切にする人は多いと思います。

リッチ層とプアー層にわけて考えても、お金を大事にしている人は一定数いるし、割と多いのではないでしょうか。

お金を大切にできたり、できなかったりするから格差が広がっていってしまう気もします。

それはさておき。

お金持ちの家に生まれればお金には困りません。

貧しい家に生まれればお金に苦労するかもしれません。

そこが不平等だといえば仕方ないのかもしれません。

ですが、そのどちらにも平等に与えられたものが時間なのです。

時間を投下して換金することができます。

ですから時間はお金そのものです。

そして、僕たちは人生の時間を燃やしてお金を得ています。

ですから時間というのは命そのものでもあります。

ではお金は命そのものなのか。

お金で自分の時間を買うことができますよね。

何かのサービスをお願いして金銭を支払います。

自分にはできなかったり、できるようになるために訓練を必要としたり。

そういうことをやらなくていい代わりにお金を支払って誰かにやってもらうことができますよね。

時間を換金するには自分をしっかりと高く売れるようにしなくてはなりません。

相手の時間を買うことと自分を高く売れるようにするのは同時並行でみた場合、自分が高く売れればどんどんとお願いすればいいということになります。

家族との時間を取るために世の中のサービスにお金を払うことができたりします。

お金は大切ですが、時間の方が大切になってくる。

時間が貴重な資源となってきます。

ですが、時間を大切にできる人は非常に少ない。

無限にあるように感じてしまいます。

時間は物質ではなく概念であることが理由なのかもしれません。

自分も時間を使うべきことに使わず、不毛なことに使ってしまったりしてしまいます。

最近もそうです。

時間を大切に、明日につながることに使いたいと思います。

I believe many people value money. Whether they are rich or poor, a significant number of people consider money important. The disparity between those who can manage money and those who can't seems to contribute to the widening economic gap.

However, setting that aside, whether one is born into a wealthy family and never worries about money or into a poor family and struggles financially, everyone is equally given the same amount of time.

Time can be invested and converted into money, making time equivalent to money itself. We burn the time of our lives to earn money. Therefore, time is essentially life itself.

But is money life itself? You can use money to buy your own time. You pay for services that you either can't perform yourself or would require significant training to be able to do. Instead of doing these tasks yourself, you pay someone else to do them.

To convert time into money, you need to make sure you can sell yourself at a high value. When you look at it in parallel, if you can sell yourself at a high price, you can afford to delegate more tasks to others.

You can pay for services to spend more time with your family. While money is important, time becomes even more precious. Time is a valuable resource.

However, very few people truly value time. It often feels infinite. Perhaps this is because time is not a physical object but a concept.

I, too, sometimes waste my time on unproductive activities instead of using it wisely. This has happened recently as well. I want to cherish my time and use it for things that will benefit my future.
