今日は打ち合わせがありまして、終わったあとお客様とサイゼリヤに行ってランチをしました。
ランチタイムなので、ランチメニューがあり選べるメニューもパスタ３種、ドリア、ハンバーグ２種と気分に合わせて選ぶことができます。
それにドリンクバーをつけました。
話が弾んで２時間ほど滞在してしまいましたが、お値段なんと2人で１２００円。。。
安すぎませんか？？？
ジョイフルなどもランチはお得だと思いますが、イタリア料理でドリンクバーもつけてこの値段は相当やばいですよ。
会計はセルフレジで、店員さんもホールに出てくるのは2人ほど。
１２時につきましたが、街中で主要道路沿いにあるのに並ぶほどではありませんでした。
どんな努力をしたらこれほどまで安価に、それでいて決して低質なものではないイタリア料理を提供できるのでしょうか。
イタリア料理チェーンでサイゼリヤは間違いなくトップランナーです。
安すぎる日本がいまだに生きているこのサイゼリヤの企業努力は素晴らしいと感じましたし、逆にいうと、もう１００円くらい高くてもいいような気もします。
そう思うほどに、無くなってしまったら困るものだからです。
地元にもありましたが、改築によりなくなってしまいました。
たまに食べたくなるイカスミパスタはサイゼリヤがとにかく安くて美味しい。
安価で質のよいサービスを提供することで世の中に貢献できることは十分にあるということを証明してくれています。
値上げ一辺倒の世の中ですが、それでもその姿勢を見習いたいものです。

Today, after a meeting, I went to Saizeriya for lunch with a customer. Since it was lunchtime, we had a variety of lunch menu options to choose from, including three types of pasta, doria, and two types of hamburg steaks. We also opted for the drink bar.
We ended up staying for about two hours, engrossed in conversation, and the total bill for both of us was just 1,200 yen.
Isn't that incredibly cheap???
While Joyfull also offers great lunch deals, getting Italian cuisine with a drink bar at this price is exceptional.
The checkout was done via self-service, and there were only about two staff members on the floor. We arrived at noon, and even though it's located on a main road in the city, there was no long line.
What kind of efforts are made to provide such affordable yet decent Italian cuisine?
Among Italian restaurant chains, Saizeriya is undoubtedly a top runner. The company’s efforts to maintain such low prices are commendable. Honestly, I wouldn’t mind if they raised the prices by about 100 yen.
Saizeriya is something that would be sorely missed if it were gone.
We used to have a Saizeriya locally, but it closed due to renovations. I occasionally crave their squid ink pasta, which is not only cheap but also delicious.
By offering affordable, high-quality services, Saizeriya proves that it's possible to make a positive contribution to society.
In this era of constant price hikes, their approach is something we should all aspire to emulate.
