ですが、共産党の独裁ですので、それらを維持するのも大変なのです。

シンガポールの首相を約３０年もの間務め、各国の首脳に実際にお会いしているので、より人と成りを知っていることでしょう。
国を導く話でありますが、自分たちに当てはめるのであれば組織を率いていくにはどうしたらいいか、という考えを得られるのではないかと思います。
